Health Tips -- The Basic Five for Longevity
Since the interview I did last month on www.LIBRadio.com, several people have asked for the list I provided that day. Here it is!
Five Basic Items for around $1.00 each that can improve and extend your life:
1. Water
2. Garlic
3. Onions
4. Ginger
5. Cayenne Pepper
Now I won't even attempt to tell you the amounts that are helpful for you via a blog entry. It varies depending on multiple factors like your stage of health, medications, etc. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss how to effectively use these and other simple processes to remove waste, improve energy, lose weight and literally reverse the aging process!
