Health Tips -- The Basic Five for Longevity

Since the interview I did last month on www.LIBRadio.com, several people have asked for the list I provided that day. Here it is!

Five Basic Items for around $1.00 each that can improve and extend your life:


1. Water

2. Garlic

3. Onions

4. Ginger

5. Cayenne Pepper



Now I won't even attempt to tell you the amounts that are helpful for you via a blog entry.
