Sweet Basil - Who knew it could be so Good?

Basil is a good source of:

Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Beta-Carotine, Calcium, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, and Potassium.

+Fights free radicals (good for heart)
+Full of eugenol (good for swelling)
+Full of flavanoids (good for cells)
+Kills bacteria inside the body
+Kills infectious bacteria on fruits and vegetables (used in rinse)


It seems to Be Good for everything from insect bites to depression, and is commonly used for colds, sore throats, cuts, infections and to ease digestion.
